What is an Expert VA®?
An Expert VA® is a specialist providing services and support within a specific niche. An Expert VA® will be a valuable part of your team, assisting you in many ways and going above and beyond your expectations.
What is the benefit of hiring an Expert VA® instead of a part-time, full-time or temporary employee?
The cost of an Expert VA® is free of taxes, paid benefits, and overhead. You pay for the hours worked or the agreed-upon project rate.
Do you offer long-term contracts?
Never! I don’t like them and I know you don’t, either.
Can you guarantee confidentiality?
Your trade secrets are safe! Integrity is one of the values of Red Clay Virtual Services. Non-disclosure agreement signed upon request.
How do you bill your time?
Time is billed at 15-minute intervals.
How does the “Not to Exceed” contract work?
You contract for a block of time (in hours). You will be alerted when you are within two hours of your contracted time.
Do you allow for rollovers?
Contracted hours are carried through the extent of the contract rather than monthly.
Do you offer Rush or Emergency Services?
I understand that sometimes you’re rushing to a conference and you need something that you didn’t realize and, therefore, you suddenly have an emergency.
I prefer to be thoughtful about your business and prevent emergencies! However, I’m here for you. This service is a premium add-on at $100/hr.
